Raw denim is unwashed fabric that breaks in over time to create unique fades. We recommend wearing your jeans for at least six months before the first wash to ensure the best results.
Do you offer a hemming service for jeans?
Yes, we offer a specialized chain-stitch hemming service using our vintage Union Special machines. This service is complimentary for jeans purchased at full price.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. UK orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days, while international deliveries generally take 3-7 working days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that hemmed jeans cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Sizing varies significantly between heritage brands. We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. If you are unsure, please contact our team for expert fit advice.
